Long story short. I had a calus that was border line ready to rip and had to do most of my warmups gripping the bar with my fingers basically in order to save my grip and keep it from ripping off. Only my last warmup I decided to strap up. I had some super glue on my hand and after this attempt, the calus was even closer to ripping off. So I went up to 633 after this and the weight came up fine and fairly fast until the grip gave out at the very top due to the calus pretty much tearing off almost completely. So the weight was not the issue today as the calus was. I will post the vid to probably just to show how close it was. I still really feel like 650 is in me if I do not have a complication like this. Oh well still a small meet PR. Next time if this happens I will probably just have to try using tape or something. http://www.thehealthfoodguru.com/prod...
