We are the Heart Attacks and we play roller derby in Los Angeles, California, and after years of hitting the track, we're ready to share our fitness secrets with the world. Tired of doing the same old workout videos? We thought it would be great to put together an amazing workout that was suitable for everyone looking for a fun, new way to get into shape. So, we created a workout routine that combines strength training and plyometrics perfect for roller derby athletes or anyone looking to tone up their problem areas. Roller Derby Workout is not just for derby girls. Skates are totally optional and all of the exercises are easy to pick up. You don't need any prior skating experience or roller skates to get great results. We'll guide you through a full body workout with sections on flexibility, abs, legs, buns, and balance. You can do them individually, but for the total body experience, we encourage you to do the complete routine. So grab your skates, your ankle weights, or just do it in your knee socks!
