Safelite AutoGlass annual customer service award winner Dave Leach has been with Safelite for 5 years after being in the industry for 22 years. Dave is being recognized because he shows us that how we serve our customers as Safelite associates can and should be extended to how we serve our community as people. After a devastating tornado hit Joplin, Missouri, his wife's hometown, Dave spearheaded efforts of his local Safelite team to collect more than 55,000 pounds of donations. Working their normal shifts during the day, the crews worked through several nights to pack roughly two semi-trailer loads of supplies, which he then personally delivered to the people of Joplin.
