This is a Leprochan hat made of fondant. The cake was a carrot cake with cream cheese buttercream frosting. Everything from the pot of gold, buckle and coins are fondant. The sign was just paper. This was my first time using Satin Ice fondant vanilla flavored and chocolate flavored for the black pieces. Oh my, the Chocolate fondant is soo good. This fondant is costly but softer and more pliable to work with than MMF.
