As Greece edges ever closer to defaulting on its debts, an ambitious new plan has been devised to kick-start growth. "Project Helios'" would see billions of euros invested in building the world's biggest solar energy fields across Greece. The electricity would then be sold to northern Europe. Henry Ridgwell reports for VOA from the town of Kozani in northern Greece.
