Mugen #764: Omega Sigma

Title is at most relevant to the BGM if anything.

Now, after the previous works of bigjohn's showing anti-improvement, you'd expect Aice Man to be even worse than yesterday's Aice Evil. Well.....no. Surprisingly, this is actually a little better, but like Acid, still ass. There's still bad damage, startup, cooldown, trip states, hitboxes, gameplay, pushback, friction, powerbar use, and is missing sprites. Now, you know you're in for a treat when the char's portrait is shadingless white. Also, I got Scorpion's super off on him the same time he froze me, and he got no effect, while I got frozen. This could be an effect from being hit during the super though. Also, any reason that when he "goes evil", he changes color from white to maroon? It's like Scorpion turning to beige when he doesn't wear his ninja garb. Really, it's redundant to say anything feedback wise as it's all the same crap just different sprites and projectiles.

Scorpion I used in #267 and fought for #377. His spear super has a habit of misaligning in odd ways. Like Binho's other stuff, hitboxes and damage could be improved, but they're decent. His super doesn't give back power though at least. His Animality is not his MK3 Animality (Penguin), but actually Sheeva's, but then again, it's better he becomes his namesake instead of something totally out of character. He can apparently combo slightly better than Sub-Zero. His super doesn't like to come out at times too (at least once you see me launch a couple spears; that was me trying to do his super). His axe fatality is a copy of Sub-Zero's hammer fatality, which is a copy of Rimururu's Zetsumei Ougi I believe. Hell, Sub-Zero and Scorpion have the SAME sprites afterward. It's not bad though.
