This is a seated BATWING DESTROYER or aka, upper body & abdominal toning sequence I designed for a client of mine to do at her desk. It is designed to her specific needs, but everyone can benefit from this sequence so I've posted it here for you :)

You need wrist/ankle weights. The ones Im using are 2lbs. beginners should do this unweighted at first, and you can go as high as 3 lbs on this AFTER you can do this through 3x without stopping.

I DO NOT advise going higher than the weight recommended here.
