http://www.crosscore-usa.com Hybrid bodyweight training was a big attraction in the CrossCore booth this year at the 2011 LA Fit Expo. This clip shows lots of examples of Hybrid training, some of which you may have never seen before. The War Machine Suspended Pulley Trainer adds rotational movement to all your bodyweight movements as well as allows you to attach kettlebells, resistance straps and other cable attachments that give the user more versatility than any other training gear you've ever seen. Hard to believe all that versatility fits into one small carry bag the size of a shoebox. Special thanks to all our supporters that came out to see us and try out the War Machine. PULL THE PIN!
