A video demonstrating the issue with my tabletpc, after a liquid was spilled on it, disassembled, cleaned and dried. The tabletPC is not correctly determining it's power status, says it is on AC power even when it is disconnected. Turns out loosening one of the screws of the keyboard seems mends it.

When autoplay is enabled, a suggested video will automatically play next.
