My commute home from Lancaster University, through the city centre by night.
This time, I put the camera on the headtube, so it's a bit smoother than the helmet-mounted footage. Again, the camera was my Veho Muvi.
Watch out for the guy on the roundabout after about a minute and a half. Either he didn't see me ("Sorry, mate...") or he thought "bicycle = 8mph" and completely over-estimated how much time he had.
Amazingly, almost all the cyclists I passed had lights on! I was impressed. Normally, I pass or cross with at least 3 or 4 people who have no lights on; tonight it was only one person (and he was dawdling along at walking pace alongside someone on the pedestrian half of the cycle path).
Sped up 8 times again, but about 40 seconds shorter than my other video; I calculate that I get home about 5 minutes faster than I get to work. Makes sense; it's downhill on the way home. :D
