IRT Lexington Avenue Line

First (6) Train Wrong Rails back to the Bronx.

Due to a "12-9" (Person under train) at Spring Street, massive delays had occured on the IRT East`Side line affecting the (4) (5) (6) Local trains.

Trains North of 86th Street heading downtown, were turned as follows:

(4) Ended at 149th Street or Turned at 86th Street
(5) Suspended, as the (5)s were already ending service for the night via Local(Local due to track work at 42nd Street(
(6) Suspended South of 86th or at 3rd Avenuem The Bronx

Trains in between 86th and Spring were held out of service.

Trains Below City Hall were turned back to Brooklyn, while (6) trains were held at Brooklyn Bridge.

Passangers were required to take a MaBSTOA Bus instead, even tho this lead to crowdness and anger.

The issue occurred at Northbound of Spring Street. Sorry no videos of the 12-9. All I have is this!

ENJOY!
