Peacock Wrasse line laundry

My 15th kite video. This is not actually a kite, but a piece of "line laundry" or "line art," terms which refer to decorative items hung on the line of a kite. At 8ft in length, it makes a big impact, and naturally needs a fairly big kite and a good breeze to lift it. Pieces like this bring the kite-flier's display closer to earth and to the spectators, and improve any kite show.
