Betty demonstrates how to make Chocolate Sheet Cake Icing. This is a silky chocolate icing that may be used on cakes, cupcakes, cookies, doughnuts, etc.

Chocolate Sheet Cake Icing

½ cup butter
½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
¼ cup cocoa powder
¼ cup milk
2 tablespoons whipping cream
3 ½ cups confectioner's sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Combine ½ cup butter, ½ cup semisweet chocolate chips, ¼ cup cocoa powder, ¼ cup milk, and 2 tablespoons whipping cream in a medium to large-sized saucepan. Bring to a boil over low to medium heat. Add 3 ½ cups confectioner's sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla and mix well, using an electric mixer. Icing is ready to use immediately. --Enjoy! Chocolate Sheet Cake recipe coming soon! --Betty :)
