In 2003 Holly Valance released an amazing album of strong electro-pop tunes called "State Of Mind", but nobody noticed & she was dropped from her label as a result.

This performance from the UK Daytime TV show "Today with Des & Mel" (from 2 months after the first single "State Of Mind"), is the only clear sign that promotional duties were underway for a second single release from the album.

Alas because nobody bought (or knew) how good the second album was (or because people felt they had there fingers burnt when they bought her vastly inferior first album & were scared to take the risk twice), Holly was dropped from her label 10 days before a video was to be shot for this track.

A year later during recording sessions for Britney Spears partially completed (but ultimately abandoned) 5th Studio Album "Original Doll", this track was an early contender for inclusion on that project, but when that album was abandoned due to Britney's (then) growing personal problems, so were plans to record this track.

It was so sad when Holly was dropped (with such a strong & well structured pop album ready to go), rendering all the potential classic pop songs contained on it dead in the water.

This track is but a preview for the other "gems" contained on the "State Of Mind" album, that never got the chance to become single releases let alone pop classics.

A great pop track lives & breathes again!
