My experience: I'm realizing the 2-Hour Challenge is a great way to experiance that we are creating our reality in every moment not just by feeling good once every in the morning. The constant reminders reinforce that you can choose to feel good again and again. That creating is about more than just attaining peak experiences in your imagination but instead continually merging with the future-present and riding the high frequency you lay down in each minute.
I found myself overwhelmed trying to keep up with having to conjure positive images, thoughts and emotion for the first hour. But as I stuck with it it became effortless and transformation. I made the 8-hour timer because I found the effects increase the longer I maintained the practice.
I feel much more focused on maintaining a high vibration moment to moment. Before I didn't realize how sloppy my vibration was even tho I felt generally happy.
