This is part of my heli's first flight. My girlfriend, who was filming, bailed on me because it was too cold... it wasn't. Anyway, I thought I'd share anyway. This helicopter is ridiculously stable. It maintains altitude really well, even super low altitude hovers. The factory settings are aimed at beginners, I feel, because the heli has a major lack of sensitivity; but the cool thing about the 6EX radio is that you can easily change that with the EXPO setting, which is what I did. I don't think I added enough sensitivity to the tail servo though, and you can kinda tell in the video when the heli dropped low because I didn't have the tail far over enough. In addition to all of this, the auto rotation gear maintains headspeed really well. Dropping the throttle all the way down won't send the heli plummeting to the gound like a rock lol. Overall, I think the Axe 400 has exceeded my expectations and I'm really glad I bought it.
