Basic overview of my New England Firearms Pardner Compact 20 Gauge shotgun.
It has a 22" barrel with modified choke. I replaced the wood fore end with the synthetic store arm fore end from Choate Machine & Tool. This fore end has a front swivel stud and a thumbscrew which lets you break down the gun without tools for cleaning or transport. You can store survival gear in the compartments if you desire.
I made up a simple 1" leather sling out of saddle skirting. I also made a shotshell holder which carries 3 shells.
I picked up this one for $60 off Gunbroker. The case colored receiver and barrel were rusted so I removed the rust before reblueing them. I decided to paint the barrel with black Rustoleum grill paint..
