HI guys today I will be sharing my version of Tigerskin chocolate swissroll
For the cake
25g melted butter
20g cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp instant coffee
100 g sugar divided 30 g for egg yolk 70 g for eggwhites
25 ml warm milk
65 g cake flour
5 egg yolk
5 eggwhites
For the cream
80g chocoate (I used dark)
1/2 cup crea,
1 1/2 tbs icing sugar
For the tiger skin
4 eggyolks
15g corn starch
30g icing sugar
