CINCINNATI (WKRC) -- The amount Cincinnati will get upfront for privatizing parking has dropped by seven million dollars. According to the Business Courier the city manager now says to expect 85-million dollars instead of 92. Milton Dohoney told The Courier the decrease is due primarily to changes in interest rates. He says the changes occurred while opponents fought to block the deal in court.
