Some short clips of myself and my student Tom Cox working the Thai pads and focus mitts, with my knee still being split I'm restricting what I'd normally work, still he had a great workout with 10 rounds completed. we're just picking up Toms endurance at the moment, over the next few sessions we'll shorten the number of rounds and up the pace and tempo plus add in more techniques and countering drills with throws and groundwork striking as well - once I'm all healed up !!
