Here's a quick demo of the Square Register software set up for donations. Another feature is you can manually type in credit/debit card numbers, say for phone orders, for a small additional fee. Currently the fees are 2.75% for VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express for swiped cards (cards present). The fee for manually entered cards (non-present) is 3.5% + 15 cents. This would work for phone orders or donations. Remember, you customize your "register" software for your business or ministry. This is really simple: Just create a category first, and then one or more items in that category. We set up category "Tithes and Offerings" and the item "My Giving."
