The Startmenu Debate, Is it still worth it to have one Alone Side the Metro StartScreen?

I read comments and debates about this subject ever since the release of the developers preview.
The simple answer here is, YES. Having the startmenu alone side the startscreen is a huge bonus. The argument over "The StartScreen CAN DO EVERTHING THE startMenu can do is the biggest BS to date"
The startScreen can do roughly 98% of ever thing the startmenu did. The biggest flaw in the startscreen is being able to customize the All Program List. You're not able to add, delete, rename folder (subFolders). You're not able to add, delete, move, or rename Shortcuts with in the subfolder of the All Program Director Tree.
The other draw back of the startscreen, is the fact it takes up the entire screen. For some this is a issue for other this not a issue. For Myself I personally have no issue with this ether. To me the Metro UI seem like a full screen application. Not how Microsoft see it, To them they see the desktop as a another application & the Metro StartScreen the hub of Windows 8.

So if you love it or hate it. You to can have the best of both worlds. Starmenu + StartScreen and there a really good reason to have both.

Lets brake it down.

-Able to customize the folder structure without having to navigate the c:\program data\microsoft\windows\startmenu\
-what you modify in the startmenu will show in the startscreen ether instantly or the next time you log in
-able to launch programs without leaving the desktop
-Turns Windows 8 back to a "All ways @ Desktop" without ever needing to see the StartScreen
-Best of Both Worlds, CharmBar still can take you to the StartScreen were you can get a glace of all your live tiles and information. (My video has a lack of WinRT apps do to the fact the ones that are available kind of sucks)
