Military Field Practicum 201, nicknamed "Gunpowder" after its original planned location, the Gunpowder Military Reservation in Baltimore, Md., was a two-day third-year medical student exercise run by the medical school's Department of Military and Emergency Medicine to develop leadership skills, communication skills and better small group dynamics. The exercise was inaugurated this year and is now part of the standard curriculum. (Video produced by Neil Orman)
