Prof. James McGuire gives an overview of the results of the Pathfinder project, a large-scale criminal justice policy change in England and Wales from 2000 onwards as part of the British government's Crime Reduction Programme (CRP). This included dissemination of a series of structured "offending behaviour programmes" designed to address and reduce rates of general, violent and sexual recidivism amongst persistent offenders. This session was presented at the ICPA 13th AGM and Conference in Singapore, October 2011. Introduction by Frank Porporino.
