I can't seem to get enough of these poses these days...you might try them as a Yin practice where you hold each pose for 3-5 minutes or incorporate them into your seated section of a flow class. Each poses infuses energy into the inner legs or outer hips which correlate to the liver and gallbladder meridians which can use all the love they can get after the winter lifestyle. Enjoy.
