So much of what makes the Issaquah School District great is possible because of voter-approved levies. Levies use local dollars to benefit local students.

Here are just a few of the things that are funded in our schools thanks to levies:
- Our counselors help students learn to manage their emotions in healthy ways and get along with others.
- Our career and technical programs give students real-world skills to prepare them for good jobs after graduating.
- Our special education programs help students of all abilities thrive at school alongside their peers.
- Our school security staff keep students safe.
- Our teachers get ongoing training to keep them up-to-date on the best ways to teach and care for students.
- Our preschool programs give kids a strong start in their education that will serve them for the rest of their lives.
- Our new Dual Language program teaches kids in both English and Spanish, helping them develop a second language and learn to value different cultures.
- Students learn about hard work and teamwork by participating in athletics and other extra-curricular activities.
