September 23, 2009 - The Outback visits Sydney Australia. A massive dust storm - the largest in over 100 years blew millions of tonnes of dust from Central Australia across a front more than 600km wide, turning the Sydney sky red, then orange then yellow and coating everything with fine dust.
These images were all sourced from Flickr where over 2,500 such images were posted today. Of course, which other song could go with this than "Dust in the Wind" by Kansas. I hope you enjoy seeing what was a truly remarkable sight.
