I can attest for that. I am literally just did my last PST.. I didn't pass btw. I'm 18. 6'2 240lbs at 16% body fat. Big kid naturally. My swim is 9:38 72 push-ups 76 sit ups 10 pull ups, these are decent numbers pull ups need to be at 15 but it is what it is. I failed the test with a 12:03 for the 1.5 mile run. Needed a 10:30 to pass. This test is no joke.

There are no minimum requirements . You can not contract without optimum scores . I took my PST 3 days ago and i was above the minimum requirements , however , i did not get the contract . You retake the test every 2 weeks for 60 days ,after that you can not get a navy SEAL /EOD / SWCC / AIRR contract . You are entered into a draft and they pick the best scores . My advice to anyone who is around 15 to 17 years old is to practice your combat side stroke . Its the only stroke authorized and not knowing it from day 1 killed my score .

I'm surprised. I always assumed SEAL fitness would be a lot higher than this with them being classed as Special forces. I wouldn't class any of those results as very fit.

Good luck and remember, "It Pays to be a Winner."

I could be wrong but from what I understand, they have this thing called the spec ops draft. It's suppose to be like the NFL draft. They only take people with high PST scores and no longer take people who just meet the bare minimum. The higher score you have, the better chances of you getting a BUD/S slot.

The thing most people here don't realise is these are the minimum requirements to pass, and all this must be done in one day.
