The University of Missouri School of Law presents a panel on the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) on Constitution Day, 2012.

"On September 17, 1787, America's Founding Fathers signed the Constitution, the most important document in United States History. University of Missouri School of Law officials are inviting the public to an expert panel on the Affordable Care Act and the recent Supreme Court ruling upholding the controversial health care legislation."

Panelists:
- Josh Hawley, Associate Professor of Law who clerked for Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts
- Phil Peters, Ruth L. Hulston Professor of Law
- Thom Lambert, Judge C.A. Leedy Professor of Law, who has completed an economic analysis of the ACA
- Stan Hudson, Associate Director of the University of Missouri Center for Health Policy
