One of the most common problems we run into in basement finishing projects is the ceiling height dilemma. This problem is made worse by the presence of pipes and vents running horizontally along the ceiling. One way to deal with this problem is by using a tray ceiling to disguise it. In this quick video tutorial, we show you a collage of videos from a recent project where we maximized our ceiling height and added a ton of architectural appeal with the creative use of a tray ceiling.
