How to make spicy szechuan chicken with carrot and celery

3-4 cups mixture of shredded carrot, shredded celery, shredded onion and chopped green onion, and 6 oz of slice chicken

3 tsp of vegetable cooking oil
1/2 tsp of minced garlic and minced ginger
1/2 tsp of szechuan peppercorn
1/2 tsp of hot chili flake
1 tsp of sherry cooking wine
1 tsp of oyster sauce
2-3 tsp of soy sauce
Sprinkle some chinese five spice powder
2-3 oz of chicken stock
2 tsp cornstarch dissolve in 2 oz of water
Drizzle sesame oil
