I'm on lostartan potassium 50mg and due to up it to 100mg because of course the 50 isn't working :( I want to be free of any medication so would love to be able to lower my BP naturally so I've been doing so much research that my head is going to burst. However I found a few great natural foods that will help me start provided I keep the exercise up and keep away from sugar because I believe that's what is making me ill. I am a devil for sugar.
Foods I'm using with a few more added below that will help. Celery Ginger Beetroot Apple Lemon Turmeric
I also want to start adding garlic, Hawthorne tea, cinnamon, cardamom and black pepper. Raw organic apple cider vinegar is also good for hypertension.
