Debate between James Flynn, author and professor of political philosophy and studies intelligence, and Charles Murray, author of the 1994 controversial book The Bell Curve, as well as other books criticizing domestic government policy.
James Flynn claims that the differences in IQ are entirely environmental with a slight biological origin, while Charles Murray thinks the differences are both environmental and genetic but more genetic. Murray does not think that ones race is the sole determining factor for predicting intelligence. The Bell Curve, I think, was ripped out of context by racists who HAVENT EVEN READ THE BOOK!!! I can remember getting into debates with racists who used that book as a source, so I read it especially Chapter 13 and I can tell that they didnt even read the book.
This was a very respectful debate between two men who stuck to the facts the way debates should be.
