The first goal of branding is to get people to say that your brand feels right. The second is to get them to sense that they feel good when they reflect on the experience of dealing with your brand, your products, and the people that work for you.
Creating brand equity is not something you do overnight.
Branding is essential. There's no way around it. Branding is the foundation of your business. Without it, you're resorting to competing on price, which is a zero sum game.
