Planning & Zoning - Purchase of Former Magnolia Inn by Geo. Kirvin Floyd for Maritime Museum dormitory space; possible short term tax abatement incentives for owner/renovators of historical properties.
Library Committee - grants application for purchase of African-American literature collection to be housed at Holy Family Center, some available for potential circulation via Meals-on-Wheels.
Marina Committee - issues related to maintenance needs, status of "Mill Pond" renovation project, operational questions regarding user conflicts at City docks.
City Administrator - Status of Reuse and Reclaimed Water Project; recommendation for replacement hire in Water and Sewer Department.
Chamber of Commerce Exec. Dir. - New marketing calendars for Big Bend National Scenic Byway;
Mayor's - request to have speed bumps placed on 23rd St. to slow traffic and improve safety for neighborhood children.
