材料5つ!焼き鳥缶で簡単あんかけうどん

1人分

材料:
冷凍うどん 1玉
焼き鳥缶(タレ) 1缶
溶き卵 1個分
水 300ml
めんつゆ(2倍濃縮) 50ml
水溶き片栗粉 大さじ1

万能ねぎ 適量


作り方:
1.耐熱容器にうどんを入れ、ラップをかけて600Wのレンジで袋の表記時間通り加熱する。

2.鍋に水、めんつゆ、焼き鳥缶を汁ごと入れて火にかける。

3.沸いたら弱火にし、水溶き片栗粉を加えてとろみを付ける。

4.再び沸かし、卵を回し入れる。

5.器にうどんを盛り、(4)をかけ、万能ねぎを散らしたら、完成!

Canned Yakitori Udon
Servings: 1

INGREDIENTS
300 milliliters water
50 milliliters mentsuyu
1 75-gram can of yakitori chicken
½ tablespoon water mixed with ½ tablespoon cornstarch
1 large egg, beaten
1 package of microwave udon noodles, cooked according to package instructions
Sliced green onions, for garnish

PREPARATION
In a medium pot over high heat, combine the water, noodle soup base, and yakitori and mix well. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low, add the cornstarch slurry, and stir gently.
Return to a boil, pour in the egg, and cook for 3 minutes.
Add the udon noodles to a serving bowl and pour over the soup. Garnish with green onions.
