PREPARATION In a medium pot over high heat, combine the water, noodle soup base, and yakitori and mix well. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low, add the cornstarch slurry, and stir gently. Return to a boil, pour in the egg, and cook for 3 minutes. Add the udon noodles to a serving bowl and pour over the soup. Garnish with green onions. Enjoy!
