After a quick stopover at Chick-fil-A for the annual end-of-school milkshake, along with some waffle fries, we headed back to Oakwood, but with a change in scenery. Pictured here is the Chamblee Road grade crossing, a seldom-railfanned location. I know user RailroadExpeditions has railfanned here recently, but he's been having computer problems.
Chamblee Road is a hidden gem, considering that the Grif and Oakwood signals can both be seen easily from the same spot. Without further ado, watch as NS C40-9W 9339 leads NS C40-9W 9631 and an abnormally-long 238 up the hill into Oakwood with heat waves radiating.
