Manhattan Soccer Club Cruzeiro/PSG U14/15 have weekly regular season workouts in the lower level of Exceed Fitness. Coach Mike Jock, assisted by Coach Darrel Asuncion and Coach Sean Mascarenhas, put the players through an intense 60-minute workout, focused on injury prevention and athletic development. This 6-station circuit typically focuses on core activation, total body power, strength, dynamic stability, balance, work capacity, pillar strength and regeneration.
