As a Project/Process Analyst on the Customer Technologies' Advanced Customer Escalation team, Chip Williamson helps our largest shippers with automation issues. Making a difference is important to Chip at work and in his community. At work, he enjoys interacting with customers and providing "white glove" FedEx service. Outside the office, Chip serves of the board of the Memphis Child Advocacy Center which helps abused children and their families. He enjoys the Living PSP culture he sees at FedEx and the corporate example FedEx sets of making a difference.
