Despite having muscular dystrophy, Mormon Homeland Security consultant Luis Vance Taylor shows that a normal life is possible and that real happiness comes through family relationships.
Luis Vance Taylor works with Homeland Security trying to bring together the private and public sectors to help ensure that the United States has a resilient critical infrastructure. He loves the atmosphere of Washington D.C. His wife and he have two daughters, and all Vance hoped for were for them to be smart and ugly. But he was given two beautiful and smart girls. Friends and family are what make life worth living. Vance is a human jungle gym for his daughters, is married to his best friend, is a Homeland Security expert, and is a Mormon.
