CHEMM is a comprehensive Web-based resource designed to enable first responders, first receivers, other healthcare providers, and planners to plan for, respond to, recover from, and mitigate the effects of mass-casualty incidents involving chemicals. It provides an overview of how to use CHEMM, and highlights some of the important features of this resource for new users. CHEMM was produced by the US Department of Health and Human Services, Office of the Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response (ASPR), in cooperation with the National Library of Medicine (NLM).
