Kurt Cobain was murdered, no question about it.

I think Tom Grant has plenty to go on that support his belief that Kurt was murdered. I believe the police didn't do there job right and rushed to judgment. My sister has been a heroine addict for many years and she shoots up everyday, sadly. My point is she is bigger then Kurt and she uses a lot. She is on her ass in seconds, i don't believe for a second Kurt was functional. No prints on the bullet casing or pen either. MURDERED

If Courtney Love had never met Kurt Cobain, he would never have been found shot to death in April of '94. She continues to be a manipulative, greedy liar who will do anything for sympathy, money, and fame. She's not intelligent, she's calculating and deceptive cruel and power hungry. He was murdered.

Did it ever occur to you that people are very frightened of Courtney? She's extremely violent and tends to attack people, both physically and verbally, over anything really (ask Dave, he knows). Judyleasugar97 knows the truth and so do I.

@Mark Dice Great commenters below and just a fraction of the evidence presented above. Re-open the case.

To me, the tone of Kurt's note is somewhat ambiguous, as he never directly mentions suicide or retirement, one way or the other (most ironic, considering one of the first things he wrote was "this note should be pretty easy to understand"). The most interesting thing about the note is that it was written on the back of a paper International House of Pancakes place mat. Granted, Kurt would write/scribble/draw on any available surface, but it clearly wasn't a part of his spiral bound journals.

Charles Cross is a good friend of Courtney Love. Many sections of the book are not proven, and in fact the end is an out an out fictional account of Cobain's death. Very suspicious to say the least.

I wish Kurt would have never met her. He would still be alive today if he hadn't.
