If you're a cameraman in Jerusalem Al Quds, this site would be off limits in normal times, and especially in times of tension. And there has been a lot of tension in the past 10 days in and around it.

Amjad Arafeh was among the few cameramen who managed to enter the holy site with his camera to film the violence of last Friday. But he was the luckiest. The images he captured, shocked viewers around the world.

The young boy whom Amjad filmed on Friday was 16 year old Hasan Afifi. Hasan's ordeal did not end on Friday, nor it had just began when Amjad spotted him while the Israeli police was, mildly speaking, roughing him up. Hasan was apparently assaulted then dragged from outside his home through this gate into Al Aqsa mosque compound.
