Put both hands behind his head and pull down to your chest. 4. Blade left hand through his right armpit, going out and then around to scoop his right arm. 5. Grab his left wrist with your right hand, keeping your thumb in. Hold his arm as far away as possible. 6. Put your right foot on his left hip. 7. Stick your right leg through the space between your right arm and his left arm, putting your right foot across the back of his neck. 8. With your left hand, grab your right foot and pull down. 9. Let go with right hand. Place your left leg over your right foot, letting go with left hand. 10. Keeping your left arm over his right arm, put your hands on the back of his head. 11. Squeeze your legs together, lift your hips and pull down on his head.
