Brown 3 onions in oil add 1cup water and pressure, open after 3-4 min and add 1md chicken cut in pieces, add 1ts cumin seeds, ½ts turmeric, 1ts chili powder, ¾ -1ts salt, 1ts coriander power. for Garam masala Grind 5 cloves, ½ ts whole black paper, 1 black cardamom, 1inch cinnamon together and add. never use ready made, always grind fresh. Add freshly crushed 1 ½ tbs garlic and ½ tbs ginger. 1 ½ habanero chili crushed. Cover it and mix it till all the water is dried then add 1 ½ ts tomato paste, mix, add ¾ to 1 cup water, bring it to boil well. Add fresh coriander and turn the heat off. Please watch it carefully and keep an eye on timings. Good luck
