Every time I say I am a quarter Tsalgi I get called a " Fake Native " But my Dad was half Kiowa half Cherokee and My mom was half Scottish half Blackfoot but just because I say I have Tsalgi blood I'm all of a sudden not an Native anymore .... Really ?? Natives need to learn to come together ..... And to not pick on a person just because they are from another tribe !!

I'm proud of both cultures that made me..we wouldn't be on this page if we didn't care about our culture..Cherokee's should be proud that they were the first to bridge the gap between the white though love..if my ancestors hadn't...I wouldn't be here..
Ahh, one of my tribes is Tsalagi but I'm always too ashamed to say that because I'd get made fun of.
What does the means? "Cherokee"
Dylan Jones
I just don't understand how you white folks can come here without war in your hearts or a skill in your hands and pretend to be cherokee. You don't even know what it means to be cherokee. It disgusts me.
No one believes me when I say I'm Cherokee because I have blond hair and blue eyes-I'm also Polish-but I still am interested and proud of the culture.
