Lowering Body fat percentage is not necessarily true to gain abs, sure it helps. But not always necessary

What fat percentage do you need to have for your abs to show? And doing 300 sit ups and 180 side abs (per side) ( don't know the name of it) every other day should make your abs show also I'm a vegetarian so it's hard for me

Please , I have a one just one question how I can have 3 % body fat , how is that possible to make it not just a tips and after that how I can gain muscle at this present of this body fat and it will increase okay but not much to be fit all the year and the six Backs be always ready for the beach in any time :D lol , and I'm tankful .

3% is crazy brah. All you gotta do is HIIT (High interval intensity training) probably 3 times a week or if you wanna go hard do it 5 times a week, then go to the gym. Do HIIT on a fasted state, (Intermittent fasting will help aswell) I suggest you dont get 3% body fat bro, Unhealthy.
