This is part of the "The Final Descent" quest in the Dragonborn DLC. Interesting new way to open doors in dungeons... no longer needing a dragon claw :)

First you must have that Bloodskal sword equipped. Only it can open the door. The "energy" only comes out if you do power attacks.

When autoplay is enabled, a suggested video will automatically play next.
