Stress is part of the modern living experience. Sometimes it feels like it is never-ending. There are many techniques but Kirk Hamilton recommends just sitting still for 15-30 minutes each day with the intention of seeing the next step that will be revealed within the next day or two. No particular technique is needed, just physically being still and intention. Just taking the journey of life in small steps is a very helpful practice and philosophy to keeping stress under control. Also believing that these insights or revelations are given by a higher power are comforting and provide a sense of peace.
