A song from the '50s Sinatra TV show. I love the face he makes after singing the line: "...perfume from Spain." I thought it could be because the sponsors may not have permitted him to sing the original words Cole Porter wrote on the air ("some they may go for cocaine") so he was making fun of the line he HAD to sing in it's place. But the other day a thought came to me. I remember reading somewhere that after he and Ava divorced, she moved to Spain. Guess I'll never know. Anyhow, the face he makes...I never saw that side of him before. Kind of cute/goofy.
I recorded this from the TV screen with an old VCR tape playing that originally wasn't recorded with the best reception. Not great quality but quality performance none the less with Frank and Nelson Riddle and his Orchestra.
